Kevin Hoctor

Kevin is an experienced policy and project professional who has delivered innovative solutions to public policy issues for organisations, including Cambridgeshire County Council, the Greater London Authority, the British Chambers of Commerce and the Local Government Association.

Currently working to increase efficiencies and improve local outcomes as part of the Transformation Team at Cambridgeshire County Council, Kevin also supported the area in negotiating a £770m Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Devolution Deal with Government.

Kevin has also delivered high-profile projects for the Mayor of London, including the London Co-Investment Fund to invest in early stage companies, the London Apprenticeship Campaign and business engagement around the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
